We are seeking a Contract Specialist to join and help lead our dynamic team in Sanford, FL ! The Contract Specialist is responsible for the review, coordination, and administration of contracts between CPH and its clients, and other external partners. This role ensures contractual agreements accurately reflect negotiated business terms, project requirements, scopes of services, and CPH’s established processes and standards. The Contract Specialist works closely with program/project managers and internal stakeholders to support the contract lifecycle from review and negotiation through execution, amendments, and closeout. The position requires strong attention to detail, business judgment, organizational skills, and the ability to identify contractual considerations and coordinate appropriate follow-up to support CPH’s operational and financial objectives.
