We are seeking a Senior Program Manager to join and help lead our dynamic team in Sanford, FL ! The Senior Program Manager is responsible for leading strategic commercial development programs from business development through successful project delivery and client relationship growth. This role combines program leadership, business development, financial accountability, and team development to build profitable, sustainable client programs across Retail, Mixed-Use, Industrial, and other private development markets. Working closely with executive leadership, the Senior Program Manager will strengthen key client relationships, identify new business opportunities, expand multidisciplinary services, and lead high-performing teams in delivering complex commercial site/civil development programs throughout Florida and the Southeast.
